Staffing and Qualifications
Every call is answered by a Registered Nurse, trained specifically in OB/GYN telephone triage with a minimum of two years experience in women's healthcare. Each RN is required to complete a comprehensive orientation, encompassing the specific triage policies and physician preferences within your practice. Exclusively RNs provides weekly continuing education to our nurses and continually updates staff of specific changes in ACOG or AWHONN standards of care.
